LEVEL 4 CERTIFIED CROSSFIT COACH
New Level 4 FAQs
You may register for the CF-L4 as long as you have a current CF-L3 at the time of registration. If your CF-L3 expires during the CF-L4 process and you pass the L4 evaluation, you will be awarded a CF-L4. However, if you do not pass the evaluation, you will need to ensure you have a current CF-L3 in order to register for the retest. Please review the CF-L3 recertification and late recertification requirements outlined in the CCFT Candidate Handbook.
There is no requirement for coaching hours in order to register for the evaluation.
Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess an active Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) credential, and submit proof of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and automated external defibrillator (AED) training completed within the last two years.
Holding the Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) credential without the CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3) designation does not meet the eligibility requirement. The CF-L3 credential is required.
To receive the CF-L3 designation, you must meet the education requirement for that credential. This includes earning the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate (CF-L1) and the CrossFit Level 2 Certificate (CF-L2).
Due to the nature of this evaluation, discounts cannot be offered.
