OFFICIAL RULES – 2025 CROSSFIT COMMUNITY CUP AFFILIATE SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

The 2025 CrossFit Community Cup Affiliate Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CrossFit, LLC, located at 3623 Crossings Dr., Suite 223, Prescott, AZ 86305 (“CrossFit”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to CrossFit affiliate owners who:

  • Are in good standing with CrossFit, LLC as of May 1, 2025.
  • Have a current CrossFit affiliate agreement.
  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

Employees of CrossFit, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on May 12 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on June 15 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter:

A. Entry Based on Community Cup Sign-Ups

  • Affiliates earn one (1) entry for every [1] Eligible Member who registers for the 2025 CrossFit Community Cup at their affiliate during the Promotion Period. An “Eligible Member” means a CrossFit Games Open participant who has submitted scores for all three 2025 CrossFit Open workouts in accordance with the 2025 CrossFit Games Rulebook. 
    • Example: If an affiliate registers [5] Eligible Members, they receive [5] entries.
  • Community Cup sign-ups must be completed by each Eligible Member through the official CrossFit Community Cup registration system.

B. Alternative Free Entry Method (AMOE)

  • Affiliates may enter without Community Cup sign-ups if an Eligible Member submits a 100-word written statement answering: “How does the CrossFit Community Cup bring value to your affiliate and community?”
  • To enter via AMOE, send an email to [email address] with:
      1. Affiliate Name & Owner’s Full Name
      2. Affiliate Address & Contact Information
      3. Your 100-word written response
  • AMOE Limit: Each Eligible Member may submit one (1) AMOE entry during the Promotion Period. Multiple AMOE submissions from the same individual, household, or email address will be disqualified. CrossFit reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these rules and to disqualify any entries deemed excessive or fraudulent.

5. PRIZES

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected to receive one of the following prizes, each valued at approximately $5940 USD:

  • One hundred (100) YETI 36oz ramblers with chug cap customized with the gym’s logo
  • Six (6) Loadout buckets
  • One (1) Tank 85
  • One (1) Tundra 75 hard cooler

Total Approximate Retail Value of Prizes: $29,700

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other substitute, except at the sole discretion of CrossFit. Prize availability may vary by geographic location. In the event that a listed prize is unavailable in a particular region, CrossFit reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value..

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winners will be selected via random drawing conducted by CrossFit, LLC on June 15th. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. Winners must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. TAXES & REPORTING

U.S. winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC for tax reporting. International winners may be subject to applicable taxes and reporting requirements under local laws. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

CrossFit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Entries must be submitted by the owner of the affiliate. Entries from coaches, staff, or members will not be accepted. CrossFit reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

9. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release CrossFit, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability related to:

  • Claims arising from entry into the Sweepstakes.
  • Acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
  • Technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized interference.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant CrossFit, LLC the right to use their name, affiliate name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Participants agree that any claims must be resolved through binding arbitration in California under AAA rules, and waive their right to a jury trial.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with CrossFit, LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at [website link].
