Great vid and content. I have teenage children who are starting to notice the ‘kind and quantity’ of food as an important metric for their lives. Building a meal around a plate with protein being the first component is super helpful. .8-1.2 times your weight also super to hear. I shared this video with my whole family. Thanks for sending out meaningful content.
