Wim Hof, also known as the “Ice Man,” is an athlete, Guinness World Record holder, and author. He is best known for his ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures and perform extraordinary feats. Wim Hof believes that all human beings are capable of performing similar feats and this is why he has developed his breathing techniques. It is his belief that following his program will give people the ability to reduce stress, recover faster, sleep better, improve physical performance, enhance creativity, and improve focus and mental clarity.
