Step 1: Contact a Gym

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

About Us

The second location for Red City Gym. We place a premium on world class coaching in a world class facility. Run by CrossFit HQ seminar staff coach Lachlan Learg with a staff of 3x CF-L3 and 2x CF-L2 trainers. We know we have the expertise and experience to further anyone, no matter their goal.
