Successful Cues

Cues are meant to help athletes execute proper mechanics and might vary from athlete to athlete.  Whether the cue is successful is based on the result, not necessarily the words used. This offers a range of creative options for the coach. Here, CrossFit Seminar Staff member Alex Gowers (CF-L3) uses a variety of verbal cues to create a better result in the timing of the push press.
