During a CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course at CrossFit HQ on Feb. 2, 2020, participants review the push press in breakout groups. Wes Piatt (CF-L3) instructs a participant to find the upright torso in the dip portion of the movement, while Joe Westerlin (CF-L4) comments on the coaching technique.
