CrossFit Trainer Summit in Korea: Gather, Connect, Educate, Inspire

CrossFit Seminar Staff trainers from Australia and Asia gathered at CrossFit Super Sapiens in Korea to connect, learn, and grow at a recent Trainer Summit. Seminar Staff Flowmaster Chuck Carswell and General Manager of Sport and Education Dave Castro set the stage for an experience full of inspiration and education, offering new and seasoned trainers a chance to enhance their craft and gain tangible skills to put into practice at Level 1 Seminars around the world. To round out a great event, the crew experiences some Korean food and culture at the trainer dinner.
