Baylee and her family arrive in London to commence a tour across the U.K., starting with CrossFit Shapesmiths. Situated beneath the railway arches of Clapham Junction, CrossFit Shapesmiths offers a unique blend of industrial charm and community spirit. With over 190 weekly classes, a self-serve café, and even a hair salon upstairs, it's more than just a gym — it's a hub for connection.

Ep. 02: Scottish Accents and the Level 2 Course

Baylee travels from London, England, to Edinburgh, Scotland, to attend the CrossFit Level 2 Certificate Course at CrossFit Lùths in Gorebridge.

Ep. 03: A Global Community

Baylee Rayl takes what she learned at the CrossFit Level 2 Course and brings it to life on the floor, starting at CrossFit Lùths in Gorebridge, Scotland.

Ep. 04: The Rogue Invitational

Baylee Rayl drops into 13-year affiliate CrossFit Aberdeen — just as some of the fittest in the world, like Mat Fraser and Haley Adams, prep for the Rogue Invitational.

Baylee Rayl and her family trade barbells for bunk beds as they take an overnight train to London — and squeeze in a few tourist moments (and about 190 stairs) at the iconic St. Paul’s Cathedral before saying goodbye.
