Had a great time at my L1 at Crossfit Big D in Dallas. Abi, Gale, and Tefy were phenomenal, great leaders, resources, and all around fantastic people. They truly cared about everyones success throughout the course and were always available for a chat. Thank you guys so much!

Attended the L1 training at Crossfit Big D this last weekend! Coach Abi, Tefy, Gale and Ted were amazing! It was such an eye-opening experience with amazing people and coaches. It was above and beyond what I ever expected! I  hope to continue my learning and run into them in the future!! Thank you all.

I feel fortunate to have participated in the CF L1 Course at CrossFit Big D! 

The principles and methodologies were delivered to us in a way that were clear, concise and easy to digest! My favorite theme of the course was "balance" and our coaches did a fantastic job teaching us the importance of balance in order to achieve better health across your lifespan! Thank you Abi, Gale, Ted and Tefy.

A special thanks to Tefy for allowing me to be "voluntold" to attempt my first Strict Ring Muscle Up.  What a confidence boost! 

Almost forgot it. This amazing experience was in Madrid at Crossfit C1!!!

Coaches Abi, Tefy, Gale, and Ted leading L1 at CrossFit Big D in Dallas were tremendous. I am a 26 year Texas educator. I spent 19 of those year evaluating teachers as a principal. The two highest ratings we could give were “Distinguished” and “Exceeds Expectations.” You guys “Exceeded Distinguished!!!” I thoroughly enjoyed it and am better because of it!!!

Had an amazing experience training with the CF Level 1 course in Raleigh, NC this weekend. Donny, Dennis, Jenni, and Ashley had us working hard the whole time and kept things engaging. They were able to teach the fundamental movements that will not only help me as an athlete, but will allow me to coach with comfort and give me the beginning tools to cue people into correct positions as they are learning the sport. I can't thank them enough for the attention to detail and care they put into the course. Thanks coaches and everyone else in the course!

At CrossFit Big D, Coach Abi mentioned three characteristics of successful coaches: They're caring, knowledgeable, and fun. By those standards, Coaches Abi, Tefy, Gale and Ted are some of the most successful out there. We learned a lot this weekend and had a great time doing it! Thanks coaches!
