An incredible weekend in Edinburgh with Rob, Joe and Dave! They were so inspiring and taught us all so much. The movements were broken down and the progressions shown made it so much easier to understand. Courses like this can be overwhelming and we all absolutely loved it and came away with smiles on our faces (I actually felt sad it was only 2 days!). The support and community atmosphere given as well was just the cherry on top! Thank you so much to the coaches, Elysium staff and to the other participants for a lovely weekend. Got a fire well and truly in my belly to keep improving!

What a great and well delivered CrossFit lvl 1 weekend course, and the first time in the Capital of Scotland I believe! Rob,Joe and Dave did an amazing job during the weekend and I personally learned a lot. can't wait to get going!
CrossFit Edinburgh had a great vibe to it and great facilities I recommend a Visit if you're ever in the area.

Great course run by Rob Lawson and supported by Dave and Joe. I learned so much during the weekend and in a way that I think I will retain and utilise the information and coaching methods passed on to me. The guys were able to teach, demonstrate and explain pretty much everything that we needed, so when we came to the exam I felt as prepared as I could be. The group we trained with was also very supportive and friendly and we all made some new friends. The facilities were pretty amazing too and I'm glad to be an attendee of the first CF L1 course held in Edinburgh (staff were super friendly and helpful too). Hope I have passed the exam so I can get started even more with CrossFit. The Journey continues.....
