Conference Information

Welcome to your CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference, presented by Hustle Up, information page. Refer to this page for the most up-to-date schedule, information, and instructions while on-site. 

Session Sign Up

Go to the Hustle Up app to access and sign up for conference sessions. If you want to switch sessions, do it in the app, provided there is availability. 

View Your Sessions

Once you have registered for sessions, you can go back into the Hustle Up app and view your session schedule under the Training tab (dumbbell icon at the bottom of the screen). Select the correct date, and your sessions will be visible.

How to Register for Sessions in the Hustle Up App

  1. Open the Hustle Up app and log in.
  2. Tap the Gym tab.
  3. Select CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference.
  4. Tap the Book a Session button.
  5. Use the arrow (→) in the top right to navigate to July 30 and 31, 2025.
  6. Tap the session you’d like to attend.
  7. You’ll be able to view the date, time, location, and session description.
  8. Tap the yellow Join button to register.
  9. Once registered:
    1. The session will display “I’m going!” in the daily schedule.
    2. You’ll also receive a confirmation email titled “Your gym class is confirmed!”

How to Cancel A Session in the Hustle Up App

  1. In the Hustle Up app, go to the Gym tab and select the CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference.
  2. Open the session you’re registered for.
  3. Tap the gray Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the screen.

Wednesday Morning Workout

Get an early morning workout in with Mayhem and CrossFit Seminar Staff on Day 1 of the conference. This workout will conveniently be located in the Albany Marriott parking lot and is open to the first 100 people who sign up! 

Tuesday, July 29, 6-7 a.m.

Meet in the Rogue Room.

Come at least 15 minutes early to sign in.

Wednesday Night CFOCC Social

Join us Wednesday night in the historic Warehouse District for a networking social. Enjoy drinks and tapas specials at three featured businesses and two partners. Hustle Up will host challenges and a leaderboard for prizes. Businesses are open to the public, but conference lanyards secure special rates.

Wednesday, July 30, 7-9:30 p.m.

Buses leave the Marriott at 6:30 p.m. and return at 9:30 p.m. (Seats are limited on the bus — register in the Hustle Up app.)

Thursday Evening Rogue Gym Classes With PRVN

Join PRVN and CrossFit Seminar Staff for a class in the Rogue Gym after Day 2 of the conference. Limited spots available. Sign up through the Hustle Up app.

Useful Information

CEUs

Current CF-L3 and CF-L4 trainers are eligible to earn up to 14 CEUs for attending the full two-day conference. No partial CEUs will be awarded. 

If you plan to apply for CEUs after the event, please be sure to check in at the registration table on Wednesday and Thursday morning before the day’s sessions begin.

Breakfast

  • The Market will be serving breakfast Wednesday through Sunday from 6:30-11  a.m.
  • A Starbucks counter is also located in the hotel lobby and opens daily at 6:30 a.m. for coffee and light fare.

Lunch

Maximize your networking time and grab a box lunch, courtesy of the conference, on Wednesday and Thursday. All meals are gluten-free, and vegetarian options are available. If you have other dietary restrictions, the Marriott catering staff will be happy to assist you.
