Keynote Speaker - Calley Means

Calley Means is the co-founder of Truemed and a #1  New York Times Best-Selling Author. Means graduated from Standford University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. With his sister, Dr. Casey Means, Calley is the co-author of Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health, which has sold 1 million copies in its first six months of release. He is the co-founder of TrueMed, a company that enables tax-free spending on food and exercise. He recently started an advocacy coalition with leading health and wellness companies called End Chronic Disease to lobby for change.

Daniel Chaffey

Business Track

Chaffey is the founder of CrossFit Louvre 1, 2, and 3, and the French Throwdown. He's grown multiple successful affiliates and helped others do the same. Chaffey will share the mindset, tools, and strategies that have helped him grow thriving gyms — and help you do the same. From building your team to scaling smartly, his insights are geared toward your long-term success and happiness as an affiliate owner.

Graciano Rubio

Coaching Track

Coach Rubio first walked into a CrossFit gym in 2013 just looking for a place to store his equipment to train for Strongman. After meeting numerous members and seeing their life changing results he immediately recognized CrossFit as the most effective way to train for the everyday person and began studying the methodology to understand the secrets to their success. Shortly after he signed up to take the Level 1 and began coaching at his local affiliate that he eventually became the owner of. His knowledge of strength training, combined with the CrossFit methodology, has earned him success as an athlete by becoming a Pro Strongman and receiving widespread recognition for his various Olympic Weightlifting feats. Rochet and Rubio are joining forces to help you teach, see, and correct the Olympic lifts to members of all levels through a mix of instruction, hands-on practice, and role play.

Stephane Rochet

Coaching Track

Rochet is a Senior Content Writer for CrossFit. He has worked as a Flowmaster on the CrossFit Seminar Staff and has over 15 years of experience as a D1 collegiate/tactical strength and conditioning coach. He is a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer and enjoys training athletes in his garage gym. Rochet and Rubio are joining forces to help you teach, see, and correct the Olympic lifts to members of all levels through a mix of instruction, hands-on practice, and role play.

Pamela Gagnon

Coaching Track

Gagnon is a four-time Masters CrossFit Games athlete and a former D1 gymnast, and co-creator of Performance Plus Programming. As a CF-L2 and longtime lead coach with the CrossFit Gymnastics Course, she brings a wealth of experience to the floor. Gagnon's session focuses on developing confident, capable coaches who can teach, correct, and connect gymnastics to athletes of all levels. Through small group work and hands-on practice, participants will rotate through roles as athlete, coach and observer to refine movement cues, predict challenges, and improve coaching strategies.

Jocelyn Rylee

Coaching Track

Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach Jocelyn Rylee has a Masters of Science degree in Human Nutrition, and is a member of CrossFit's Level 1 and Level 2 Seminar Staff. Rylee is a long-time affiliate owner, Co-owning CrossFit Brio in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, with her husband since 2008. Rylee will take you through practical tools to coach the "proper technique" for nutrition, show you how to prioritize the "mechanics and consistency" of nutrition before adding intensity, and talk about leveraging the power of community to build better habits.

Alex Gowers

Coaching Track

Gowers is a CrossFit Seminar Staff Member, Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach at CrossFit Reston, and contributes to CrossFit Affiliate Programming and Continued Education at CrossFit HQ. In this hands-on session, Gowers will guide you through a group workout and break down each part of a well-run class in real time, including the workout brief, warm-up, workout, and post-workout. Explore how to make the most of transitions, tailor intensity, and create a session that challenges, supports, and motivates your athletes.

Aimee Lyons

Coaching Track

Lyons is a CrossFit Seminar Staff Member, Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach and owns and operates CrossFit King of Prussia in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania. CF-L4 coaches Katie Hayes, Connor McDonald, and Aimee Lyons are teaming up to help you improve at seeing, cueing, and correcting dynamic faults. Their highly interactive session is designed to sharpen your eye and refine your coaching skills.

Connor McDonald

McDonald is a CrossFit Seminar Staff Member, Certified Level 4 Coach, and owns and operates Bar 10 CrossFit in Georgetown, Texas. CF-L4 coaches Katie Hayes, Connor McDonald, and Aimee Lyons are teaming up to help you improve at seeing, cueing, and correcting dynamic faults. Their highly interactive session is designed to sharpen your eye and refine your coaching skills.

Hayes is a CrossFit Seminar Staff Member, Certified CrossFit Level 4 Coach, and owns and operates CrossFit Murphy in Murphy, North Carolina, with her husband, Graham. CF-L4 coaches Katie Hayes, Connor McDonald, and Aimee Lyons are teaming up to help you improve at seeing, cueing, and correcting dynamic faults. Their highly interactive session is designed to sharpen your eye and refine your coaching skills.

Conference Sessions from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m followed by an Affiliate Social in the Albany Warehouse District across six of the most popular restaurants and bars. Transportation will be provided by CrossFit.

Thursday, July 31

A morning workout coached by CrossFit Seminar Staff at an off-site outdoor location with transportation provided by CrossFit. Followed by Conference Sessions from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., where you'll enjoy your curated schedule of actionable business presentations, practical coaching sessions, product workshops, meaningful roundtable discussions and panels by industry leaders.

Whether you have a ticket or not, the CrossFit Games experience offers more than just competition. Vendor Village will be open to the public all weekend, featuring your favorite CrossFit brands.   • The Albany Marriott is the official affiliate hotel during the week of the 2025 CrossFit Games and is where the Owners and Coaches Conference will be held. As an affiliate owner or coach, you’ll have access to discounted rates to stay in the hotel for maximum affiliate networking, be close to the Affiliate Appreciation Party, and more!

  • This year, we are separating our educational offerings from the Games activities so attendees can focus on one at a time. This means affiliate owners can benefit from two full days of dedicated business and coaching education at the conference, followed by three days of undisturbed Games spectating. While this format change requires purchasing a separate ticket to the conference, it is designed to maximize the learning experience and will be well worth the cost. CrossFit is not planning to offer any additional educational content at the 2025 Games.

  • Affiliate owners and their business partners, managers, coaches, and other staff.

  • A complete list of presenters and the schedule of events at the CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference will be released soon. Stay tuned for more details.

  • The CrossFit Owners and Coaches Conference is a separate event from the CrossFit Games. However, affiliate owners do not need a Games ticket to access the Affiliate Lounge which will be open to affiliate owners on Friday, Saturday and Sunday over the Games weekend. Additionally, Vendor Village will be accessible to the public. Please be aware that the Affiliate Lounge has limited space and will primarily be used for affiliate owners to connect with each other and HQ staff.

  • Yes! After purchasing your first ticket, you may purchase additional tickets for your coaches and business partners at a lower price. These tickets are specifically for individuals directly connected to your affiliate business.

  • This conference is meant for affiliate owners in good standing and coaches with a valid credential. In some cases, you may be asked to provide proof that the individuals receiving the discounted tickets are your coaches or business partners. Please ensure you have the necessary details ready.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for event tickets under any circumstances. All sales are final. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket.

  • The event will start around 9 a.m. and finish around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, July 30, and Thursday, July 31, 2025.

  • Yes, there is parking at the Marriott.

  • Yes. A boxed lunch will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday of the event. All other meals will be the responsibility of the attendee. The Marriott’s restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day. Wolf Road has many restaurants within a few minutes’ drive, as well.

    2025 Owners and Coaches Conference Sweepstakes for CrossFit Games Tickets (“Contest”) is sponsored by CrossFit, LLC, located at 3623 Crossings Dr., Suite 223, Prescott, AZ 86305 (“CrossFit”).

    2. ELIGIBILITY

    The Contest is open to CrossFit Affiliate Owners, Coaches, and Managers who:

    • Have bought tickets to the 2025 Owners and Coaches Conference
    • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

    Employees of CrossFit, LLC, its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    3. CONTEST PERIOD
    The Contest submission period opened March 18, 2025 at 12:00 AM and ends on June 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. One winner will be selected each week and will receive two tickets to the CrossFit Games.

    Weekly submission deadlines are as follows:

    • May 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST
    • May 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST
    • May 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST
    • June 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST

    Winners will be announced the day after each deadline:

    • May 13, 2025
    • May 20, 2025

    4. HOW TO ENTER
    There are two ways to enter:

    • Entry Based on Conference Ticket Purchase
      • Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing a ticket to the 2025 Coaches and Owners Conference.
    • Alternative Free Entry Method (AMOE)
      • Affiliates may enter without purchasing the 2025 Owners and Coaches Conference tickets by submitting a 100-word written statement answering: Why attending in-person events (summits, community gatherings, Games) supports you and your affiliate?”
      • To enter via AMOE, send an email to jenn.green@crossfit.com with:
        • 1. Affiliate Name & Owner’s Full Name
        • 2. Affiliate Address & Contact Information
        • 3. Your 100-word written response
      • AMOE Limit: Each participant may submit one (1) AMOE entry during the Promotion Period. Multiple AMOE submissions from the same individual, household, or email address will be disqualified. CrossFit reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these rules and to disqualify any entries deemed excessive or fraudulent

    5. PRIZES & WINNER SELECTION

    CrossFit, LLC will randomly select four (4) winners, each of whom will receive two (2) tickets to the 2025 CrossFit Games. Winners will be notified via email and celebrated with a congratulatory feature on CrossFit’s social media channels.

    6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

    CrossFit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its control that impairs the integrity of the promotion. Entries must be submitted by the CrossFit Trainer. CrossFit reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

    7. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    By participating, entrants release CrossFit, LLC, its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any liability related to:

    • Claims arising from entry into the Contest.
    • Technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized interference.

    8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

    Winners grant CrossFit, LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and workout details for promotional purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Any disputes arising from this Contest will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Participants agree that any claims must be resolved through binding arbitration in California under AAA rules, and waive their right to a jury trial.

    10. PRIVACY
