Step 1: Contact a Gym

Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2: Join A Class

In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

Step 4: Commit, Connect, and Crush Your Goals

As you progress, you'll not only improve your fitness but also become a valued member of the CrossFit community. Regular attendance and dedication will help you achieve personal goals and even inspire others. Our Gym

About Us

CrossFit Kyoto was established in 2011, the 3rd CrossFit box in Japan and the first in the Kansai region. Our members range from 18 to over 80, and with max class sizes of 8 we know everyone's names and their foibles too :-) Located in a renovated public bath house we focus on sustainable progress that will last a lifetime, through constantly varied functional movement.
