Toes to bar - pulling from the hips, added element of overhead tension
Ring dip - pushing without connection (rings instead of bar) from end-range extension
Broad jump - jumping/landing with a lot of range of motion
Row - monostructural movement at a distance too far for a sprint, but not long enough to pace (in other words, it sucks)

Do I have the capacity to make a max reps/max effort set a good enough dose for today?
