We need to find a way to get CrossFit classified as 'Essential for sustaining life'.

Easy! All we have to do is preach the importance of: 150 minutes a week of light to moderate exercise. The Food Pyramid. Drinking water (and preferably Gatorade) before you're thirsty. Arms day. Avoiding squats & deadlifts. Anything else I missed?
