Ruba, you can scroll or arrow back through the previous workouts of the day and pick any of them. Go to Exercises and Demos at the bottom of the website and enter the workout you are doing for instruction, such as Squat or Deadlift.

I believe that coach Glassman is inviting us to delve deeper. To an expanded method, we also develop the intellectual, our emotional and why not our spirituality. And let's not limit ourselves to just 10 physical abilities, that would be too shallow for the genius not only of Crossfit but of the depth that this method seeks to develop. I believe we are rewriting the true story of elite fitness
