    Step 1: Contact a Gym

    Local CrossFit coaches and gym owners want to hear from you and learn about your goals, so please reach out. Ask about their schedule, prices, and classes to learn if CrossFit is a good fit for you.

    Step 2: Join A Class

    In a typical one-hour CrossFit class, athletes complete modified versions of the same workout together, and the coach will guide you through step-by-step.

    Step 3: Learn the Fundamentals

    Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

    Skedsmo CrossFit is an inclusive and dynamic training community for people of all ages and fitness levels. We offer varied and functional workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and a sense of achievement. Our dedicated coaching team provides personalized support, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete. We offer everything from CrossFit group classes and personal coaching to specialized courses for beginners, competitive athletes, Hyrox training, and youth programs.
