All three components of the CrossFit Lift Move Work virtual competition have now been announced. Athletes will have 4 minutes to establish a 1-rep-max lift. The next 4-minute segment will test max reps of a gymnastics movement. The final segment will be an 8-minute CrossFit AMRAP. The virtual competition will run from Oct. 21-25.
