The Dumbbell Overhead Squat


When team workouts are well constructed, the physiological effect is equal to the individual workouts, but the magic created by the dynamics of teamwork and competition has no equivalent in the solo effort. The chief obstacles to team workouts are logistical — problems of structure, planning, timing, and equipment — and they can readily be overcome with the guidance of specific, simple criteria.
