  • It’s easy. Find your nearest gym, schedule an intro session, wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest.

  • Most CrossFit classes follow this structure:

    • Warm-Up (5–10 min): Get loose and prepared.
    • Skill/Strength (10–20 min): Focus on a movement or build strength.
    • Workout of the Day (WOD) (10–20 min): This is the heart of the session – and it’s built for every level.

    If you’re newer, you’ll do simpler movements like air squats, incline push-ups, or lighter kettlebell swings.

    More-experienced athletes might tackle heavier lifts, box jumps, or advanced movements like snatches and handstand push-ups.

    Your coach will make sure everyone gets a workout that’s safe, challenging, and just right for them.

    Cool Down (5–10 min): Stretch, recover, and reset.
