CrossFit WOD 190505 challenged athletes to test their farmers carry strength and endurance by carrying two dumbbells 400 meters. A $1,000 prize was reserved for the two athletes (one man and one woman) with the heaviest successful carries.
Congratulations to Amalie Flowers and Stephen Pinkerton. A review of the video submissions revealed they successfully carried the most weight for 400 meters without dropping or re-gripping the dumbbells. Flowers carried 51-lb. dumbbells and Pinkerton’s weighed 90 lb. Each will be awarded the $1,000 prize.
