CrossFit uses the medicine-ball clean as a gateway movement into learning the barbell clean. The movement patterns mimic those found in the clean, and also are an analogue for the day-to-day movements that require bringing an object from the ground to a position of support.

hey, does anyone know if i can do this exercise with kettlebell bells, i found a few articles comparing the difference such as this one, Kettlebells VS Dumbbells for overhead (shoulders) press (way-up.blog) but none of them really answered my questions, anyone any thoughts or got any examples i can follow
