    Your gym will help you safely start your CrossFit journey, no matter how fit you are. Coaches teach you the foundational movements and adjust workouts to your fitness level.

    Located in the heart of Bayside, our Moorabbin box is full of friendly faces, an abundance of new equipment and personalised coaching. Sessions are programmed for inclusivity. We want members of all ages, fitness levels and skill sets to get the most out of each class. Our focus is ensuring members feel challenged and supported to achieve their goals, whilst having the best hour of their day doing it.
