HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR LEVEL 1:
OPTION 1: IN-PERSON LEVEL 1 COURSE
The in-person Level 1 Course includes two days of classroom instruction, small-group training sessions, and coach-led workouts. It’s open to everyone, from beginners to experienced athletes, whether you want to coach or just become a better athlete!
The in-person Level 1 Certificate Course is for:
- Anyone who wants to improve their movement and understanding of the CrossFit program — regardless of their level of CrossFit experience.
- Aspiring CrossFit coaches or affiliate owners.
- Other fitness trainers looking for more education.
Instruction includes lectures on foundational movements, the CrossFit methodology, nutrition, and programming.
Sessions are conducted under low intensity in small groups. Each session will give you the opportunity to focus on improving your movement and technique while learning effective coaching strategies.
The workouts are for every ability level and provide examples of how to conduct a group class and hold a standard of proper mechanics when working at high intensity.
OPTION 2: ONLINE LEVEL 1 COURSE

The Online Level 1 Course includes a self-paced curriculum followed by a live webinar where you can engage in Q&A and receive coaching and feedback from CrossFit’s top trainers. The self-paced course begins with lecture-based and interactive instruction on the fundamental principles and movements of CrossFit and ends with a 50-question multiple-choice test.
