Ingredients:

2½ oz. ground beef
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp. red chili flakes
1 oz. Monterey jack cheese
¼ red onion
2 tbsp. corn kernels
1 tbsp. butter
2 sprigs oregano
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. garlic

My only complaint is there never seems to be a time and temperature for the Oven or baking portion... I can guess but suggestions should be included, please and thank you!
