WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. From general fitness to sport-specific training, there is no better program out there.
In a sea of poor health and chronic disease, CrossFit gyms serve as a lifeboat for anyone willing to take responsibility for their own health and fitness. To get started, we recommend you find a credentialed CrossFit coach or licensed CrossFit affiliate.
