Pull to inverted hang: pull with straight arms and only bend your hips and legs as much as needed to get to inverted hang. On the return to bottom keep arms, hips, and legs as straight as possible. Try twenty slow reps to discover the origin, insertion, and extent of your lat’s the following day.
