I am really enjoying seeing crossfit hq walking atound in my home country.
Keep'em coming guys, please.

I had a similar incidient happen to me at the west wall with my nice amazinian fishing knife.
Luckily i got it back after the visit.

Wish i had gotten an invitation for a workout seasion ;)

I may be in the minority, Russell Berger struck me as clueless,and I got tired of hearing about his knife.He was in a place better known as 'Israel', the rest of the 'holy land' might not be so safe for him.

I've been out with a weird neck pain since last week, but it seems better now. Made this one up today:

For as long as you can continue, up to 30 minutes:
1 (bar) muscle-up every 30 seconds

Did the whole 30 minutes (60 MUs). Probably should have scaled to 1 rep every 20 seconds. Every 30 was pretty easy and boring...until my hands started bleeding...

Need to work on more cardio, got winded fast.
