I did the Lynn today I did not have the box for the box jumps and I only got halfway through because I did not stretch. I am going to do this tomorrow but I don't have a ghb sit up

Power snatches felt good today. Did mostly in sets of 5 until last round, which was more sets of 3. Could have had a few more GHDs, but I was marking down the numbers after the snatches so I wouldn't forget. GHDs really burned the hip flexors - tried to do sets of 10, but often it was sets of 4-6. Cashed out today with 97 burpees. Almost done!
