Just worked on split jerks in conjunction with cleans last night!

Full clean & jerk: 65,85,105,115,125,130,135,140 (5 lb pr)

Kept failing the clean at 145#, I couldn't stand up with it. Tried a power clean & jerk at 150# and got it! Guess I need to work on those front squats.

Some really good numbers here so far! I´m impressed!

110Ibs
154
165
then fail all attempts on 176 (80kg).

Was close to 187Ibs a week ago when I did C&J, so this was a disapointment. Did´`t "have it" today... I find this movement very challenging,so I really need to work on OH-strenght and techique!

After that:
OH-squats 10 reps x4 rds @135ibs
Bear complex 7 complex x3 rds @110Ibs.

40 kg 3 reps
60 kg 1 rep
60 kg 1 rep
60 kg 1 rep half way and missed. Did again to fix. Neck hurt a bit
55kg 1 rep. Dropped weight to work on form and so don't hurt neck again.
50kg 1 rep. Nice and smooth
50kg 1 rep. Felt like the best form of all
55kg 1 rep. Average form. Got under bar well. Just a little unbalanced

Wrists aching a lot. Need to improve flexibility in wrists.

Having a hard time hitting full lockout. Jerking to about 90% then pressing to 100%. Back foot was turned out on the last set as well.

Can't drop weights in my gym and lost the mental battle a bit when approaching my pr. Thought I should do a few lighter reps to drill the movement - haven't done jerks for quite a while. Felt fairly comfortable at 62.5 and pretty sure I've got another 5kg in me.

Went too heavy for my first time doing this movement. Almost injured myself on the last rep.

Last rep at 185 was a near miss, horrible form. Then I dropped down to 115lb and did 6 reps 4 rounds alternating left and then right split for each round. Overhead is still a weakness.
