I don't have a rower, looks like it's gonna be a lot of SDHPs.

3,2,1...Go!

Comment #5 - Posted by: Playoff Beard at August 7, 2014 7:35 PM

This WOD was last posted for *December 07, 2013* which should be the "compare to" date. The one previous to the Dec 07, 2013 was the "compare to" date of August 8, 2011.

Comment #6 - Posted by: Sixx at August 7, 2014 8:06 PM

No rower had to sub 50 SDHP.

Started with front squats 5x5 and OH-squats 7-10reps three times, so legs got tired quick from third round in todays WOD.

Total row time: 6:51.

Curious if anyone here get below 6:20, that's really bad #ss!

My legs were still not right after subbing 200 SDHPs for rowing the other day. This got hectic.

Comment #128 - Posted by: BC (27/M/5'9"/140lbs) at August 9, 2014 4:03 PM

Fluid rower.

Felt calibrated heavier today than when we did the row, squat, back extension wod the other day. Maybe just exhausted from 35# oh press, chin ups and dips yesterday.

Good wod.

CFWU-2. Shortcut on 2nd to get done in time for breakfast.
1.40,1.47,1.46,1.50 - 19.03 ttl w/rests. Damper on 4 for all rounds.
Little disapp w/2nd & 4th. Not too bad considering just got back from 8 day vacation though. Eating was terrible, of course.
See 12/7/13 for further detail.
