To talk about the shoulder press, is it total 35lbs for two dumbbells?

NOTE:
Since the WOD didn't specify "strict" weighted pull-ups or dips, I did kipping on both. Since I was kipping, I used a backpack with a 25# plate instead of a free-swinging dip belt.

Rxd and all reps strict. Pull ups took forever and I should probably have scaled, but still happy since I couldn't do 35Ibs Pull ups before.

As rx'd, with ring dips, 17:29.

Used weight vest for pull-ups and dips - was going to wear it the whole time, but dangI get tired wearing that thing. I took it off for shoulder presses after the first round, then put it back on just for pull-ups and dips. Shoulder presses were probably the toughest. Wanted to make sure I was getting full extension and lockout on every rep. Pull-ups felt good, even butterflied them for some. Dips felt fine, but tougher than pull-ups.

I have a belt that Harbinger makes specifically for weighted dips and pull-ups. It has a steel chain with w/ a clip that I just thread through a bumper plate (or a kb). They run about $25

I used 16kg dumbbells and a 15kg plate for the pull ups and ring dips, I managed to do it in 18:36 but the shoulder press wasn't strict, it was more of a push press.

Are weighted pull ups/dips still classed as gymnastic or are they weightlifting?

Yes #102, triceps toast. Did this WOD Friday. It is now Monday. Did diff wod on Sat, was fine. Sat night I was icing those babies (triceps). Today's WOD suffered greatly. Arms still very tired. Could barely row. I've been trying to figure out how to not have triceps suffer so badly after I do presses. I forget to ice immediately after WOD because usually no pain. I wonder if that would help?
