No racks, so this included the C&J and back over. Could definitely do more weight, just leary of going to heavy and not getting it back over my head. Need to build some of those concrete in bucket racks.

Some good work today - 5x5 is a tough one. Started feeling heavy at 295. Barely got last rep at 315. Nearly had 3rd rep at 325.

Cash-out: Some T2B, pull-ups, strict ring dips, a muscle-up, and 59 burpees.
