Honestly a tough WOD.

3R + 7SS Rx'd

L-arm was decidedly more difficult to manage. Squat felt like hell. DU's suck as usual. Loved it, only because it hit some weaknesses pretty hard.

Started off doing 50 reps on each arm w/ 50# then 25dblu
Realized it was 5 reps each arm, so switched after first round completed.
Adding the first round, I completed a total of 6rnds

Tough. DB squat snatches actually felt more comfortable on the left than the right for some reason. DUs went well today. First round unbroken, then done in two sets for all rounds except the last, where I was pushing hard and had a few misses.
