I liked the video, but the music duped me into thinking something sad or horrible was going to be revealed about the athlete's life. Luckily that wasn't the case.

was having a day off but kid wanted lax team workout support, so i had a little fun running with her. no knee / ankle issues, woohoo.

* timed mile - 7:21 for both of us

* 3 x 300 on field (100 yards down-back-down) - :66, :63, :59. Kid was 1-2 secs faster than I was on each 300

* bear crawl -
3 mins (61 yards each, we were clueless)
2 min rest
2 mins (61-63 yds each, only okay)
2 min rest
1 min (63-67 yds, we sprinted madly)

cooldown with a couple mins of single unders and 2 mins lax wallball.

3 rounds of 400 meters
2 rounds of 15 thruster 90lbs

killed my lower back.
