12min
64 pullups
30 45kgOHS

I had to use 45kg since that is heaviest in the gym.

Comment #14 - Posted by: adam at May 7, 2014 5:22 AM

@weebill: it is NickR from B not sure if I'd call him a machine though.... Unless it is a somewhat broken-down machine that needs a lot of work...

Comment #15 - Posted by: NickR at May 7, 2014 5:29 AM

Misc warmup. Then
23:26. Deadhang, alternated between pull and chin ups. 115 on the ohs.

Comment #16 - Posted by: J.Wood at May 7, 2014 6:00 AM

8:03...

Scaled down the OHS to 95lbs. because I hurt my wrist doing Heavy Fran and scaled down the pullups to 18.

Comment #17 - Posted by: Craig M. at May 7, 2014 6:10 AM

Pull-ups hard on my shoulder, esp. in high numbers, so...

Scaled to 85# (rx is 115#):
10 shoulder press
15 overhead squats
20 push press
25 front squats
30 push jerk
35 back squats

13:40

Comment #18 - Posted by: Jim R. 51/5'8"/157 at May 7, 2014 6:22 AM

11:57

Forearm tendonitis kept me from doing better and without exercise bands. I did 155 for overhead squats.

Comment #19 - Posted by: BW at May 7, 2014 6:31 AM

Nice job Jim R. And Joe N.
I guessed wrong on the scaling? Did all the pull ups but had no guess on the ohs. Guessed wrong. Oh well

Comment #20 - Posted by: D.S. F 52/5'6/117 at May 7, 2014 7:00 AM

Comment #21 - Posted by: EDU at May 7, 2014 7:12 AM

Scaled OH squats to 85#

8:14

Pull ups were broken up into: 17-8-5s-then 4. Actually had to break up the last few OH squats.. need to work on those!

Comment #22 - Posted by: Robert - 30/m/5'10"/153# at May 7, 2014 7:20 AM

2:44 155# Ohs

Comment #23 - Posted by: Chris at May 7, 2014 8:11 AM

D.S., if you were heavily taxed on the OHS, then you scaled fine...though I suspect you're strong enough to have gone heavier. Not sure how or if HQ expected these to be broken up, but to me a 205# OHS is beyond beastly.

Comment #24 - Posted by: Jim R./51/5'8"/155 at May 7, 2014 8:29 AM

with 135 PCs and C&Js. for OHS
Still dealing with a shoulder injury, so OHS need to wait. I did 4 C&Js at 135, and my shoulder was not having it, so I switched to PCs and did 6 of those.

PUs- 64 in 2:35. sets of 30/10/10/14

Scaled to 135 lb OHS. The messed up part is that I did all 64 pull ups and 7 of the OHS in about 3:30. I kept dropping the last one haha, too anxious I guess. Then the snatch to get it back into position was pretty gruesome after all of those pull ups. All in all, I was smpked at the end.

Scaled to 115# (205? Holy crap.)

9:52

Should have done a few practice reps before the clock started to get my mind right. Probably wasted over a minute due to missed reps. Also could have gone heavier (maybe 135). Tried to butterfly kip but a tree kept getting in my way.
