Besides the obvious dramatic weight loss which is stunning, I was even more impressed with her current level of athleticism. Both she and her daughter have really nice movement patterns that clearly serve them well in their journeys to higher function and strength. Probably have some good genetics there along with a thoughtful coach. Nice work.
