The Coach's Prep Course hosted by CrossFit Garden City this weekend was an incredible opportunity to delve into the wonderful world of training. If you have been coaching CrossFit for more than 6 months, ATTEND THIS COURSE! It's so worth it. You get the chance to discover how to become a more effective trainer and HQ staff, Dennis Marshall, Chuck Carswell, Nicole Gordon and Jennifer Hunter-Marshall are so supportive through it all. Thanks team, for an awesome weekend, for helping identify what I need to work on and giving me the tools to get better.

This one was a challenge to say the least. Only got 4 hours of sleep last night in this hotel, after a long day of traveling and only had the hotel fitness center to do this one in. Did the following:

50 Calories, Elliptical Trainer
50 Box Jumps, ~24" Bench
50 Deadlifts, 50 lb Dumbbells
50 Thrusters, 20 lb Dumbbells
50 Dips, (Bench)
50 Thrusters, 20 lb Dumbbells
50 Deadlifts, 50 lb Dumbbells
50 Box Jumps, ~24" Bench
50 Calories, Elliptical Trainer

34:17

I was actually going to scale everything to 30's but was accidentally looking at the distance instead of the calories on the elliptical trainer. By the time I figured it out I was almost at 50 calories... Wish I would've been well rested for this one.
