It's way too nice in our neck of the woods to rest today. Bench press 10 reps descend to 1 with 2 minutes rest between. Start with 95lbs and add 15 each set. When done play 19 holes of golf. Yes, get in that 19th! (: Hydrate responsibally ;)

Did the Open WOD today and posted results under yesterday. Feeling good now but we'll see how the back feels tomorrow.

Down for the count for a while. Having lots of knee pain and what feels like bone on bone friction. The doctor wants me to stay off of it for a few days and see if it gets better. If it isn't a sprain he said it is likely a torn meniscus. (Watch your form on squatting) Range of motion is fine, I mainly feel pain when I put a lot of weight on it, walking up stairs, etc. The timing couldn't be worse with about two months straight of traveling coming up in a week (including fairly long flights and drives). After I'm done with that, my wife will be 7 months pregnant so I really have no time to be laying around for a few weeks.

Nonetheless, I decided to do some form of exercise today. It looks like cardio and leg work is out, so I did the following:

AMRAP 20 Minutes

5 Reps, Bench Press, 135 lbs
5 Reps, Lying T-Bar Rows, 90 lbs
5 Reps, Dips
5 Reps, 40 lb Dumbbell Curls (each arm)

13 Rounds

I really enjoyed checking out everyone's results yesterday. Would've loved to have tried that workout, but doubt I would've made it very far. You all are great! Keep up the hard work!

Trent, I feel for you! I know it sucks having an injury. I'm playing around with some herniations that aren't to bad but are making me change up my wods also. Good luck and god bless with the birth of your child. That's beautiful
