Every 3 minutes for as long as possible complete:
2 rounds of:
95-lb. overhead squats, 10 reps
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 rounds of:
95-lb. overhead squats, 12 reps
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
2 rounds of:
95-lb. overhead squats, 14 reps
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Etc., following same pattern until you fail to complete both rounds.
Post rounds and reps completed to comments and/or register and submit your results as part of the 2014 Reebok CrossFit Games Open.

I have alot of trouble with O/H squats due to mobility issues but got some out, so pretty happy.

Between Kevin Ogar's strength of character and the Open performances thus far, this has proved been a humbling week.
I dont know why am I writing this, I rarely check for replies... Anyway, I did 16 OHS unbroken yesterday and than couldnt do unbroken pullups, did 16 OHS again, breathing was a total bitc$. Today I did a little bit of mobility, Im gonna have a go tomorrow... I am scared... gotta admit!
hollyhog...into the round of 16...very nice. I hope to get into the round of 14 tomorrow, but w/ normal pull-ups.

Thanks, as usual this is a little harder then it looks. I barely squeaked into the 16s and then it was just a fight to stay alive. I never do c2b do these where surprisingly hard for me.

Got 38 reps yesterday. 68 today RX'd. One more go tomorrow morning.
I miss read the workout and did 3 rounds in 3 minutes.
I am in a hotel and had to use 40# dumbells (that was the highest weight) in place of a barbell. They also had no where to do pullups or even horizontal ones, so I did bent over rows with the dumbells.
14 rounds total made it to 18 and did 2 rounds before time ended. If I had remembered the correct workout, I could have gone a bit further.

Made it to 66 reps before I felt a "pop" in my left knee, so I stopped there. Knee is feeling OK. Just stopped to be safe. This was only my third attempt at OH Squats. Did the bar (45 lbs). Form was much better than the previous attempts, but still far from anything that I would consider comfortable. Also my first attempt at kipping pull-ups and chest to bar pull-ups.

Nearly finished 2 rounds after 6 min. 45 lb OHS with ring rows.

Totally, and completely shredded and humbled. Hardest 12 minutes ever. Did 4 rounds Rx'd for pull-ups (chest to bar), first round scaled to women's 65# bar, and then got shamed and stripped the weights for the last 3 rounds. Apparently I am terrible at OHS. 1st week of Crossfit is in the books. I WILL get better, faster, and stronger. Thanks for the beat down main site!

If it's one thing these workouts do it's show me my weaknesses:

Prime example of the difference between what I think I'm doing and what I'm actually doing. Pat Sherwood wrote a great journal article about squat depth talking about the same phenomenon. I felt like I was doing pretty solid OHS at a quick pace in round 2. I posted my score before viewing the video. When I watched it, I realized that my hips are not opening at the top of my OHS.
Would love feedback, but I think I already know the outcome:
