U.S. Army Major Thomas E. Kennedy, 35, of West Point, New York, assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, based in Fort Carson, Colorado, died on August 8, 2012, of wounds suffered when an insurgent detonated a suicide vest in Kunar province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Kami, son Brody, daughter Margaret, parents George and Patricia, and brothers John and George.

Pull ups were heavy, not so used anymore doing strict pull ups.
Box jumps were ok,
swings... heavy... forearm got soured what made the pull ups even more heavier...

As rx'd, 7 rounds + 8 pull-ups.

KB swings were the worst. Really got the heart rate up. Did first two rounds of pull-ups unbroken, then broke, usually 4-4 until the last round where I was pushing and there were lots of singles. Haven't done high box jumps in awhile, but these went fine.

Tried one underhand PU in one of middle rounds. Rt bicep was still pretty bad. BJ not bad once I got good rhythm. Kept back real tight. Good breath before each rep. Took one small step before most jumps. KB not bad. Broken to 8+4 on rounds 5-7.
