Great photo! My kids love it. Lasso, the window reflection looks good to me. My 2 year old can hang from the rings for 40 seconds and the bar for 25.

Once again, to my great amazement and enormous pleasure, I find myself visiting the cyber-gym of on Christmas day. What an immense gift this place has been, you all have been. Years ago I was alone and lonely in the gym, and here you were. I am eternally in your debt.

Thank you Coach for this CrossFit, and for my place at your CrossFit table.

My gift to you all, as it has been for some years now, comes from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

"If you want to arrange it
This world you can change it
If we could just make
This whole Christmas thing

By helping a neighbor,
Or even a stranger.
To know who needs help
You need only just

Merry Christmas my brothers and sisters. May peace and grace be upon you, one and all.

Merry Christmas!

Just did Joe R:s "christmas-WOD" from the 23d with the following scaling/subbing:
100Ibs @ the BB-movements
BJs @20' (had no 24' box)
Strict pull ups
Back squats @100Ibs
KB-swing subbed for DB-swing 55Ibs

Last round was hard...
