CFFB completed Rx: 1) 15 lateral plyo skier hops on the min for 7 minutes. Then, 2) 30 KB swings 1.5 pood on the minute, rest 1 minute, complete 150 swings in the 5 minutes of work (total time is 10 minutes).

then main site WOD 500m rows: 1:47, 1:51, 1:53, 1:56.

First time using a Concept 2 rower in 4 years of Crossfitting. 500m row definitely MUCH harder than 45# SDHP x 50. I always assumed they were roughly equivalent, but I usually achieve times of 1:20-1:25 with 45# SDHP x 50,using full ROM from ankle to chin. The C2 rower took over 20 secs longer per set, and left me much more winded than SDHP. This was a wake-up call. A better sub for rows might be 65# SDHP x 50.
