Gavin - thanks! Tried the "strength wod + metcon" structure you mentioned before (boxes in my area seem to do this as well). I thought the cleans would slow down the double-unders, but I was glad to be wrong ;)

This was just sent to me. Definitely true! I watched the routine, sounded like most of the audience understood the Crossfit reference. I think this shows Crossfit is becoming more recognized by the public!
