As health educator in a high school, I have a lot of issues with people (students and parents) about this. I greatly appreciate some written research to help me back up what I know and believe. Technique, technique, technique, the weight will follow. This helps me put some "proof" in my lessons. Thank you very much to CrossFit and CrossFit kids. My passion/mission is to get this message to our youth, please continue in helping me get this important message out to those who need it. I print this information and discuss it with my students and try make sure they understand it.
Is that a cenotaph that old mate is doing wall balls on?

WOD: The Master Chief
17 rounds Rx.
6 x 3 minute AMRAP of:
3 Power Clean 155 pounds
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute between 3 minute AMRAP rounds.
Hey y'all I'm about 5 weeks out from a labral repair in my hip and just wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this and how they kept up training to any degree while rehabbing. I also have to get my other hip done in a few weeks but want to stay training at some level throughout recovery. Any suggestions or experiences with this? Thanks a lot!!
