With a continuously running clock do one muscle-up the first minute, two muscle-ups the second minute, three muscle-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Thats why the winner on paper is never handed the prize until they win on the field. It's what makes the event exciting for the competitor and the fan.
It was only a matter of time before this appeared...
Oook this one is a litle confusing.
So if i understand it correctly clock starts at 0:00 and i just do one muscle up and when it comes to 1:00 a do two muscle upa and 2:00 i do 3 muscle ups...and so on?!
Awesome workout and awesome picture but the words don't match the image. Had me confused for a second.

MU practice with blue band then,
1 mu=3 ring dips 3 pull ups
4 rounds plus 6 ring dips 6 pull ups
then more practice with blue band
Modified 'jump' ring mu's = 5 in 9th minute = 41 total
1 Muscle-up = 1 Chest to Bar Pull-up + 1 Ring Dip

Saturday mornings are for long workouts in my garage.
Six rounds for time of:
560m run carrying 42lb sandbag
85lb Push Press, 12 reps
12 Box Jumps, 24"
65lb SDHP, 12 reps
The last two sandbag carries felt like I was in sand. This was a fun workout.
That's a 36 pack, from what I can see in the picture!
Subbed 3 pull ups/3 ring dips for each mu

Team USA needed a better coach.. More strategy, better approach. Team wasn't communicating effectively, it was evident by the teams body language in the video.
No muscle ups. Tested some girls instead.

I was able to do my first muscle up yesteraby. I was able to get one today.

Pretty disappointed with that, wanted 7+ rounds
No rings available. All I have today is the steel beam in the basement. Substituted strict pull up + burpee. 11 rounds + 9. 75 total

Still haven't figured out MUs officially. So I do a modified version starting in a kneeling position and up on my toes. Then jump/pull up and into a dip.

Fun WOD, and got some good practice in. Unbroken through minute 4, which may have hurt me as I struggled at the end, with 3 missed reps in the last couple minutes. After, took a quick breather, and then plugged on through to 30 muscle-ups (and no more misses). Unfortunately, I had stopped the watch - think I could have set a PR for Zoe (30 MUs for time).

That video was awesome. USA vs WORLD was an amazing event. Matt Chan NEEDS to be the face of CrossFit when Castro retires, he is the best. I've never seen a more positive guy than him. Nice work USA/WORLD
