Comment #46 - Posted by: Mike at November 2, 2013 3:07 PM

@maurizio, you "rowl" for 9 turns. The goal is to row for 100m exactly. If, on the 9th turn you get 100m, then you get to row again. The score you get on that extra row replaces the score from your first row. If you get 100m on that 10th row, then you row again and that score replaces the score of your 2nd row.

Your score is how far away from 100m you are. So 102m or 98m both = 2. 107m = 7, etc. 100m = 0.

The winner has the lowest score.

subbed this for a row challenge:

got to 1775 m and then it took me to long to get on and off the rower and finish the burpees... so.. this is my first DNF.

only way to make toes 2 bar, box jumps enjoyable is to throw 50 wall walks in the mix.

As Rx: 17;15 (I used rings so I did toes to rings)

I was surprised by how long this took. The wall climbs really socked me. I was pacing myself on those. I knew they would tire you out, but not as badly as they did actually.
Toes to bar and/ or rings are usually not much of a problem for me, so I did those unbroken and went right into the box jumps.
Box jumps for me (high reps) is a weakness. I do enjoy higher box jumps but high rep box jumps really suck the wind out of me for some reason.
I just stuck to them and banged them out. I usually took a couple seconds break after about 12 and then banged out the rest.
GREAT WOD.
Initially I was thinking about 10-12 minutes, but that did NOT happen. To be honest, my shouders were tired and sore, but that's just an excuse. I will do this one again for sure.
