As rx'd, except accidentally did push jerks and toes-to-bar. Time - 21:36 (PR).

This WOD always sneaks up on me. It is just a nasty combination of high-rep gassy stuff with core destroying gymnastics stuff. OHS, push jerks, and weighted back extensions unbroken. L-pulls went okay, usually broke into 3 sets. Same with T2B. Hang cleans got tough at the end - mostly grip. Love the old demo video too. I can see why he had a bad day.

The tuck-sit pull-ups ground me to a halt every round. Grip was the other big issue.

31:45. Coming back, had to scale and this killed me. Used 65lb, also subbed 65lb bar good morning for BE, no glute ham developer. Haven't done some of these movements in months, felt good to hit it.

I only completed two rounds. It was humbling to say the least. I had to unload the 25 pound (over head squat) plates from the bar the 2nd round which was very embarrassing but necessary. I think I’ll stick with crossfit on my own just to see how it goes, I’m not going to lie, failing at something makes me want to do that “something” even more.

Can't do an l pull-up so I did normal kipping pullups, and don't have a glute ham so did ab mat sit ups. Everything else was rx with women's weight of 65 lbs.

Just muddled through. Did full sq cleans for 1st 12 of 1st round. Sq cleans broken to 5's. K to E-3's in later rounds. OHS not bad.

Need to push harder overall. OHS not bad. Unbr. Good job pushing up w/lats to give stability. L PU not bad tech just very broken. Pretty good L. Underhand grip for all.
SJ not bad. Good ROM overall on K to E. Just really broken. Grip pretty tough. Pretty good job extending hip on cleans. Back ext more of a hip ext.
