#13 LOL...not a great visual. We as a CF community shouldn't have to apologize for expressing your true feelings. If someone is offended...Oh well!!! Again it shows how far we have come in trying to make EVERYONE feel comfortable.

Great pic. Stoked for a day off - this 15 min AMRAPs are killing me. Going to take a light run 3 mi run to keep everything loose.

30 days in to self-teaching myself CrossFit and loving it. Wife has already noticed and complimented changes in my body. I will likely end up joining a box after another month of dedication, and also getting more time and funds to do so.
